From the village of Aricha, located in Yirgacheffe, Adorsi Washing Station is operated by Testi Specialty Coffee. This producer works with local farmers from communities located around their network of washing stations, providing access to education for children of farmers. A Grade 3 and "improved" natural-processed lot, cherries are hand picked and sorted for ripeness, floated for low-density seed removal, and under parabolic shading, laid on unraised beds to dry.
