This is Colombia Cesar Ledesma Gesha, the latest addition to our Highland Collection. Shade-grown at Finca Bet-el, nestled in the foothills of the Calima Mountains in Cauca.
Rich volcanic soil, high altitude, steady rain, sea breeze and the natural shade of the forest all come together to make Finca Bet-el the ideal environment for growing the highest quality coffee.
But none of it would be possible without the efforts of Cesar Ledesma, the producer, whose commitment to excellence in his crop and respect for the land he was blessed with has made his farm one of the most well-regarded in the specialty coffee world.
We have meticulously profiled this coffee to highlight the natural beauty and care put into it. It’s a rich and syrupy natural process, with tasting notes of blackberry, cloves and pie crust, ending with a silky and sweet finish.
We were only able to get our hands on a small amount of this lot, so we’re doing a pre-order run for this coffee
